Operations Project Manager

As an Operations Project Manager, Greg works closely with the foundations COO to build operational infrastructure that enables sustainable growth.

Previously, Greg served as Sr. Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Capital Finance for seven years, where he managed business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery planning, ensuring operational resilience across critical functions. He also oversaw unfunded commitment reporting and reconciliation processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance across complex portfolio obligations of $25 Billion. During his tenure, he led cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and technology to streamline processes and collaborated with stakeholders at all levels to drive organizational efficiency.

Before that, he spent more than a decade at The Walt Disney Company, managing over $700 million in corporate budgets and leading a team responsible for consolidated quarterly close processes and Board of Director reporting. Throughout his career, Greg has delivered measurable impact for organizations including DreamWorks Animation SKG, Hulu, and The Grammy Museum, where he built automated systems allowing companies to focus on analytics instead of transactional work.

He holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles and brings deep proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, and Hyperion.
